30DaysOfStache Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 30DaysOfStache mobile application and related services operated by Packer Labs, LLC.

By using 30DaysOfStache, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 30DaysOfStache

30DaysOfStache is a photo-based application designed to help users document facial-hair growth through a 30-day challenge.

Features may include:

  • Daily photo capture
  • Photo alignment
  • Challenge tracking
  • Streak tracking
  • Progress comparisons
  • Timelapse generation
  • Photo and video exports
  • Sharing functionality
  • Advertising

Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use 30DaysOfStache.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App where such permission is required.

3. Accounts

You may be able to use 30DaysOfStache through an anonymous guest account or by creating or linking an account using supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining control over devices and credentials associated with your account.

You agree not to:

  • Access another person's account without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security protections
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another user

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you create using 30DaysOfStache.

You grant Packer Labs, LLC a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, transmit, and otherwise technically handle your content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the App.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where temporary backup or legal retention requirements apply.

We do not acquire ownership of your photographs simply because you use the App.

5. Sharing

30DaysOfStache may allow you to export or share photos, comparisons, or timelapses.

You are responsible for content you choose to share outside of the App.

Once content is shared with another service, platform, or person, we cannot control how that third party stores, copies, distributes, or uses it.

6. Advertising

30DaysOfStache may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob.

The appearance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by Packer Labs, LLC of the advertised product or service.

Third-party advertisements and websites may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload content that you do not have the right to use
  • Probe, attack, damage, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Attempt unauthorized access to another user's information
  • Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service

8. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account according to the process described at:

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.

9. Availability and Changes

We want 30DaysOfStache to work reliably, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may:

  • Add or remove features
  • Modify the App
  • Perform maintenance
  • Discontinue functionality
  • Release new versions
  • Stop providing the App

Where reasonably practicable, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily interfere with users' ability to retrieve their content.

10. No Guarantee of Results

30DaysOfStache is intended for entertainment and personal progress tracking.

We do not guarantee any particular facial-hair growth, appearance, physical result, challenge result, or other outcome from using the App.

30DaysOfStache does not provide medical or healthcare advice.

11. Third-Party Services

Parts of 30DaysOfStache depend on services operated by third parties, including authentication, cloud storage, advertising, device operating systems, and app marketplaces.

We are not responsible for outages or conduct of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 30DaysOfStache is provided "as is" and "as available."

Packer Labs, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Packer Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use 30DaysOfStache.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be made available at:

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Packer Labs, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
